Slow Cooker Hot Cocoa Roll Casserole with White Chocolate Ganache

I've never been much of a crock-pot cooker, but every now & again, I find a recipe that involves the slow cooker that I just have to make!

That's what it was like earlier this year, when I found a delicious overnight slow-cooker cinnamon roll casserole (just plain old cinnamon rolls), that I decided to make for my kids, one morning before school.

Every morning, every school morning at least, the kids' breakfasts start with a plate of scrambled eggs, followed by either a bowl of oatmeal, or cereal, or toast.  Sometimes we even go for toaster waffles.

Now, that's on school mornings.

On all other mornings, we go bigger than that.  And they know that.  On non-school mornings, we do eggs + bacon/sausage + waffles, or pancakes... You get my drift.

So one morning I decided to surprise them with something different than the usual.  I made them this delicious Cinnamon Roll Casserole:

On another morning, I made them an even yummier Pecan Pie Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Casserole:

Now, I have found the perfect thing to start our day on Christmas morning: Hot Chocolate Roll Casserole with White Chocolate Ganache Drizzle.

Are you here for this one, honey?!

Let's jump in!

What I love most about this recipe is that everything can be found at Aldi's! Not only that but if your slow cooker has a timer, you can literally set-it-and-forget-it!

If you LOVED this recipe, will you holler at me in the comments? I just love to hear from my readers.

Till next time, my friends here's to wishing you a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
